The mission of Peerless Baptist Church is the same mission Jesus gave his followers: Peerless is a Christ-Centered, Gospel-Driven Church that exist to make disciples who make disciples. 

To accomplish our mission, members must Connect with Christ and His Church, Grow in our walk with Christ,  Serve Christ and others, and Go take Christ to our homes, community, country, and to the nations. 

The gospel is central because the it is the power of God for the salvation of everyone who believes, and it is the only way for sinful people to be reconciled to a holy God. Everything in a church flows from its understanding of the gospel, whether preaching, counseling, discipleship, music, evangelism, missions, and so on.

Paul declared that the holy Scriptures “are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus. All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work” (2 Timothy 3:15–17).

Expositional preaching at its simplest is preaching that is focused on explaining the meaning of Scripture in its historical and grammatical context. The word exposition simply means “a setting forth or explanation.” So expositional preaching is the explanation of Scripture that is based upon diligent study and careful exegesis of a passage.

According to Scripture, church membership is a commitment every Christian should make to attend, love, serve, and submit to a local church. Members will view church as they primary means of fellowship and ministry.

A missional community is a family of servant missionaries sent on mission by God as disciples who make disciples. We believe gospel saturation (every man, woman, and child having a daily encounter with Jesus in word and deed) best occurs through missional community.

We know how hard it can be to feel like you don't fit in, and so we are intentional about making guests feel at home, especially those who are looking for a place to belong. 

A theology of worship is concerning the worship of God; a biblical theology of worship bases its teaching on what the Bible alone says. We believe true Biblical worship is a valuing or a treasuring of God above all things.
